Eleven EuroBOSS cars braved terrible wet conditions in 4 x 30 minute sessions for the annual test/press day, during the superbly organised Pistenclub Track Day Weekend. Fritz van Eerd only did a few shake down laps in his smart Tyrrell (see photo), not prepared to take any risks, and hoped it would be dry later. It wasn’t !

The very smart Top-Speed Team of World Series by Renault cars of Ingo Gerstl and Dane Jens Renstrup (see photo) probably did the most laps and therefore were 1st and 2nd fastest. Carlos Tavares had a big crash, which should be repaired for Hockenheim. Alain de Blandre, Christian van Hee, Joe Crook, Patrick D'Aubreby, Michel Boudoin, and Co all managed to avoid trouble in their preparations for the 2008 Series.

Paddock visitors still finishing their cars included Daniel Hanssens, Roberto Bibi, AlainTrenson, Karl-Heinz Becker and Scott Mansell. Nice to see you all !
